The New 52 Era
Suicide Squad 2011:
This comic is pretty... rough imo. Some parts are out of character so I tried to highlight issues that reflected him well. I would still recommend reading it to get an understanding of the team dynamic for further volumes though!
Volume 1: Issues #1-#12 (*4, 11)

Volume 3: Issues #18-24 (After #22, it got better)
Volume 4: Issues *#25-30

Forever Evil (2013) Issue #1
Justice League of America (2013) Issue *#7.1
New Suicide Squad 2014:
This one has better characterisation for Floyd and I had fun reading it but it has its moments. His personality throughout this was fun though! Still worth the read as the team dynamics are better
Volume 1: Issues #1-10 (*#2, *#4, #8, #9)
